What is MSM?
Multi-Skill Mastery is OGM's learning ecosystem. Instead of buying unrelated courses, a learner develops depth in one Mastery Track and then adds complementary Masteries over time.
What is MIRACLE?
MIRACLE is the OGM progression model: Mentee, Implementer, Researcher, Achiever, Champion, Leader, Executive.
What is MIRA?
MIRA is depth inside a single Mastery Track: Mentee → Implementer → Researcher → Achiever. Achiever is the deepest level within a Track.
What is a Mastery Track?
A Mastery Track is one domain of capability — for example Blockchain Mastery (BCM) or Data Center Mastery (DCM). Detailed technical learning happens in that Track's own application.
What is the difference between Mentee and Implementer?
Mentee is about understanding the domain. Implementer is about building — guided practical work where you produce real output.
What does Researcher mean?
Researcher is the investigative level: comparing approaches, troubleshooting, engineering solutions and producing project evidence.
What does Achiever mean?
Achiever means the Mastery of that Track has been demonstrated and verified. It is the end of technical depth within one Track.
What makes someone a Champion?
Three verified Achiever-level Masteries in different Tracks. Champion is not a deeper level inside one Track.
Why does Champion require multiple Masteries?
Because Champion measures breadth. Depth inside a Track ends at Achiever; Champion, Leader and Executive recognise the combination of Masteries a learner has accumulated.
What makes someone a Leader?
Six verified Achiever-level Masteries.
What makes someone an Executive?
Nine verified Achiever-level Masteries.
Why are technical Masteries on separate websites?
Each Mastery Track needs its own labs, simulations and assessments. Track applications own the mastery; www.onegreatmentor.com owns your identity, entitlements and overall journey.
Why do I login through OGM?
One learner, one OGM account, multiple Masteries. Your OGM identity is what carries your entitlements and achievements across every Track.
How do I get access to another Mastery?
Access is granted as an entitlement — through your college, a direct purchase, a scholarship or an OGM grant. Contact OGM support to discuss adding a Mastery.
Where are my certificates?
Credentials earned in Track applications are aggregated into your OGM credential portfolio. (Available once the learner platform goes live.)
How do college-sponsored entitlements work?
A college can sponsor learners for specific Tracks and levels. The entitlement is recorded centrally by OGM, and coordinators get visibility into their institution's cohorts.
Where do I get support?
The Support hub lists academic, technical and Track support, workshops, counselling and community links.
