Harcharan Singh

Rural Career Acceleration Coach — Multi-Cloud Architect, DevOps practitioner and founder of One Great Mentor.

Known as the Rural Career Acceleration Coach, Harcharan has spent his career proving that a small-town address is not a career ceiling. Over 27 years in IT, he has designed and run enterprise data centres, migrated infrastructure to AWS, Azure and GCP, and led automation and security programmes across CI/CD, Kubernetes and Terraform. He was recognised as one of India's Magnificent CIOs in 2016.

Alongside that career, he mentored — first colleagues, then students, then thousands of them. The pattern was always the same: bright people burning years on the wrong sequence of skills. MSM is the answer he built for that problem.

Today he leads the OGM mentor team, teaching the Data Centre Mastery Track himself and guiding students up the MIRACLE ladder from Mentee to Executive.
